We try to deliver as fast as we possibly can. All orders Monday till Friday before 15:00 (GMT+1) we send the same day. Orders send after 15:00 (GMT+1) we send the next working day. The delivery time may vary by country. 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We not offer the service to exchange items. but you can send (a part of) your order back for a full refund and place a new order for the size,  or item you prefer.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL AN ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes or cancel orders that already exist. The reason is that we process orders the same day as they are made. This does not affect your statutory rights to cancel.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
Return conditions 
The following items will not be accepted and your refund will be withheld:

• PRIVATE boxes of which the hygiene seal is broken
• Damaged and incomplete items
• Used items

HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason after you received the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We advice to ask for proof of postage. So if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. We cannot accept unstamped shipments.

It can usually take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return will be delivered back to our warehouse in the Netherlands, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
